Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in providing a wide variety of food and ramen products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Food Safety & Quality Assurance

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. Once food products are delivered, they are considered non-returnable for health and safety reasons. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best quality products. If there is an issue with your order, please refer to the guidelines below.

2. Order Issues & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer-service@slurpon.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and damaged/incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. Please note that any refund or replacement will be issued solely at our discretion, following an investigation of the issue.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • If an item is missing or incorrect in your order.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping.
  • If the product is spoiled or expired at the time of delivery.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we review and confirm the issue.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for food products. If there is an issue with your order, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

     If you realize that your order was placed incorrectly or you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at customer-service@slurpon.com.

     If you request a cancellation after an order has shipped, and the order is refused or returned, a 25% restocking fee will apply based on the order total (excluding tax). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
