Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Below is our detailed shipping policy:

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment confirmation.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will be refunded for the out-of-stock item, and the rest of your order will be shipped without delay.
  • If the out-of-stock item becomes available later, it will not be automatically shipped. To receive the item, a new order must be placed.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer various shipping options, including Economy, Standard, and Expedited services. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.
  • Free economy shipping is available for orders over $35 to eligible locations.
  • Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on it! Please check back at a later date for updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipments: Estimated delivery time can range from 1–8 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

Please note estimated delivery times are estimates only and should be treated as guidelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather and carrier issues.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at customer-service@slurpon.com.

Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving any concerns.

Undeliverable Packages

  • All packages returned due to customer fault or error, including but not limited to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal of delivery, and subsequently returned to our facility will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total order value, excluding taxes. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable. 

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • All packages returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect/ambiguous address), are subject to a 25% restocking fee assessed on the total order value, excluding taxes. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options. Please check back at a later date for updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
